Our multidisciplinary clinical team comprises of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and Allied Health Assistants. We provide unrivalled support to our clinical team through our dedicated Managers, all with extensive Allied Health qualifications as well as clinical and managerial experience. We also provide operational support from our large and established divisions of administration, human resources, marketing and IT.

Our Positive Behaviour Support division is dedicated to supporting NDIS participants who present with social and emotional behavioural concerns toassist them to achieve greater independence with their everyday lives.
Our PBS practitioners are all Allied Health professionals, comprising of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Analysts, Counsellors and Psychologists who have extensive training in the behaviour support realm.
Our practitioners establish and maintain professional and meaningful long-term relationships, and work closely with participants, their families and carers to develop and implement behaviour support plans to provideindividualised intervention.
Our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists assess the needs of a diverse range of people who present with disability and neurological conditions both in the community and within our onsite clinic spaces.
Our PT & EP team work with Paediatric and adult populations to make assessments and design appropriate therapy plans for lifelong support, employing evidence-based practice across seating & positioning, hydrotherapy, respiratory devices, ongoing functional fitness, movement analysis, ongoing falls prevention and chronic disease management.
Working in the community as an Occupational Therapist allows you to help people achieve their goals and participate in activities that are meaningful to them. Our Occupational Therapists work with a diverse range of people who present with neurological and degenerative conditions, cognitive impairments and learning difficulties both in the community and within our onsite clinic spaces.
Our Occupational Therapists assess individual needs and design appropriate therapy plans for lifelong support, such as assistance with daily living skills, sensory needs and fine/gross motor skills. Our Occupational Therapists are also trained in minor and complex home modifications, wheelchair scripting, assistive technology and Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) assessments.
Speech Pathologists at Better Rehab work with a diverse caseload, supporting individuals with a broad range of communication or swallowing difficulties due to conditions such as stroke, brain injury, developmental delay, learning or intellectual disability, hearing loss, or other congenital or acquired conditions.
Our Speech Pathologists conduct communication and swallowing assessments and formulate individualised intervention plans for our clients, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and person-centred care. Therapy may be provided in the home, community or clinic, facilitating the attainment of functional goals.
Our Allied Health Assistants provide our multidisciplinary team with support for assessment and therapy across a varied caseload ranging from Paediatric to adult clients who present with differing neurological disorders and disability conditions.
Allied Health Assistance provide support with therapy preparation, community liaison, and administrative tasks.
The Better Rehab Graduate Program aims to provide you with a Better Graduate experience. We understand how scary full time work can be which is why our structured 6-month Program incorporates comprehensive introductory modules across a range of clinical and non-clinical topics; two weeks of clinician shadowing across our MDT; a Mentoring Program with our Executive Leadership Team; and career progression with the offering of Level 1, ongoing roles upon successful completion of the Program.
Our Graduates are inducted together as a cohort, ensuring support is available throughout the Program. Each Graduate is also allocated a buddy specific to their office location, as well as Direct and Clinical Supervisors.
